Wine And Cheese Party

The other night I had a very last minute decision to have a wine and cheese party. With the help of my mom and sister it was a success. It was nice to get to hang out with a few of our friends. And I've decided I love wine and cheese parties. They are so simple. Just get fancy cheese and yummy wine and a ta-da! Also you will need to have a snobbish accent of coarse...

    Once, I went on a wine tasting tour in Italy with my closest friends. We learned a lot about pairing wine and cheese. I've noticed that the Brie cheese goes well with most types of wine. Did you have that for your party as well? My favorite combo so far is the Cabernet Franc and Gorgonzola cheese. Try it and let me know what you think. B)
